The cost of collection is £20
Collection requests will be arranged when SMG issue a returns number, SMG will contact the "Contact name" on the email supplied to arrange a collection.
Please advise a collection date and time (DD/MM/YY @ HH:MM) in the '(If selected) Provide collection preference, Date & Time' field.
SMG will try to arrange collection at the requested time / arrange a more appropriate time.
Local collections
If you are local we can arrange to collect your unit via our THURSDAY van delivery service, please state this on the 'Provide collection preference'
