Terms and Conditions - Credit

Returning goods for credit

All goods being returned for credit must be unused, unopened, undamaged and in their original sell-able packaging, goods not meeting these requirements will be subject to a handling fee (see Handling fees).
Any credit card charges incurred will be deducted from any refund.
All items returned for agreed credit must be returned within 30 days of original invoice from SMG.
SMG will not accept any liability for loss or damage incurred by the carrier.
SMG offer a collection service on all RMA requests (see SMG to arrange collection).
Non-faulty goods may only be returned subject to approval.
Carriage cost will NOT be refunded unless agreed by SMG.

 

Special Order goods (SO)

Non-stocked goods that are SO will not be credited unless prior agreement has been made with either the manufacturer/importer or SMG.
If credit is agreed, SMG will pass on any additional charges from their suppliers including carriage costs to the customer account.

 

Faulty goods

Faulty goods returned for credit, the fault will be confirmed by SMG's service department and where applicable returned to the manufacturer.
SMG will raise a full credit on receipt of the credit from the manufacture.

 

Good supplied in error

Goods supplied in error by SMG will be credited in full.
